All European orders under €60 are charged at €7.50 for STANDARD SHIPPING with Ireland's mail carrier An Post - This service is not tracked & not insured.

All USA orders are charged at €12 for STANDARD UNTRACKED AND UNINSURED shipping

Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which you will be responsible for.

Returns

You may return any unsuitable item within 30 days of receipt at your own expense.

If any item you have ordered is unsuitable you must notify us by email at hello@alisonwalsh.ie

We will be happy to exchange or refund returned items provided the items are returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all labels intact .

For hygiene reasons pierced earrings and hair accessories may not be exchanged or returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Except in the case of faulty items you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

It is advisable to send items by registered mail and keep your proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
